Hallelujah!!! Here's my story: I try to back my iPhone up at least once a week. SO I plug it in tonight, back it up and it was due for a stwafore update . So I update it and during the update I get the message iTunes has encountered a problem so from there on out my iPhone was in recovery mode aka FROZEN! After 2 hours of surfing the web and almost being in tears about my frozen recovery mode phone .I used this and it brought my phone back to how it was before I updated it. No data was lost. All my photos, contacts, voice memos etc , everything was there exactly how it was before I plugged my phone in from the get-go. It fixed my problem literally in under 30 seconds. You're AWESOME! Thank you a million times over!!**side note if you have norton 360 you need to disable it in order for the program to run and be able to fix your iPhone. You can do this by right-clicking the norton icon at the bottom right toolbar on your computer (near your clock & volume icons) and click disable anti-virus auto protect this will temporarily disable it for about 15 min then your antivirus will turn itself back on after 15 min** Wheeeeeee!
